We are seeking a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing and product strategy.

This position will focus on creating clear and compelling messaging, planning impactful feature launches, and producing high-quality content to engage and educate our audience.

As part of your role, you will also work closely with the Business Development team, Product, and Management teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

What you need to achieve:

  • Develop compelling messaging: Clearly articulate the unique value propositions of our MedTech SaaS product, ensuring consistent and impactful communication across all channels.
  • Plan and execute feature launches: Strategize and implement comprehensive plans for launching new features to attract clients and enhance value for existing users.
  • Create educational and promotional content: Develop high-quality materials, such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, presentations, and sales collateral tailored to different audiences.
  • Collaborate on scientific content review: Work with the Product team to review and align scientific materials with marketing objectives, ensuring accurate and effective communication to healthcare professionals and partners.
  • Support Business Development: Provide training, tools, and resources to the team to ensure they effectively communicate the product's benefits and features to potential customers.
  • Conduct market research: Analyze trends, gather customer insights, and identify opportunities to refine product positioning and strategy.
  • Drive media relations: Manage press releases and foster relationships with media outlets, positioning Legit.Health as a thought leader in digital health.
  • Optimize online presence: Oversee website content, SEO, and digital campaigns to maximize reach and engagement, leveraging tools like HubSpot and WordPress.
  • Engage with audiences on social media: Build relationships with key stakeholders and customers through LinkedIn and other platforms, sharing relevant and engaging content.
  • Support congresses and events: Plan and participate in trade shows, conferences, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Track and refine marketing performance: Monitor KPIs such as lead conversion rates, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Align marketing initiatives with Business Development, Product, and Customer Success teams to support overall business growth.
  • Manage budgets: Develop and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and measurable ROI.

Must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years in Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, or similar roles.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, technology, or SaaS.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful product marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Proven track record in creating technical and strategic content.
  • Proficiency in campaign analytics and optimization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with organizing and participating in industry events and congresses.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and experience managing customer relationships through these channels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive marketing strategies.
  • Advanced studies in strategy or technology fields are a plus.
  • Able to work autonomously, with discipline and with high motivation and energy.
  • Proactive, willing to learn, have an impact and grow in the company.
  • Team player capable of adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment.

  • No one will feel like an outsider, since all conversation will need to happen on Slack or Hangouts.

  • Flexible compensation (Cobee): daycare and restaurant.
  • Flexible vacation policy: 23 working days per year + 2 additional days granted by the company (your anniversary and December 7th) + 2 days for company closure per labor agreement (December 24th and 31st).
  • Part-time contract.
  • Starting day: as soon as possible.
  • Competitive salary according to your experience.

Languages: High Spanish and English proficiency (writing and speaking). Additional European languages are a plus. Additional languages are welcome.
