We are currently on the lookout for a Senior Data Scientist who shares our passion for innovation and change and who will be part of our Data & AI Studio, where we define and build the best data products and strategies to meet our Clients' needs.

This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

1. Fluency in English and German (C1 - Advanced);
2. 8+ years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or AI roles;
3. Proven track record of leading complex, high-impact projects from ideation to deployment;
4. Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and statistical analysis;
5. Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL; experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus;
6. Strong understanding of data engineering principles, MLOps, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure);
7. Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to make data-driven decisions;
8. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence senior stakeholders and work across disciplines;
9. Experience mentoring or managing technical teams is highly desirable.
