LOCATION: Almere, The Netherlands
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with dealers and warehouse colleagues to ensure accurate order fulfillment, including uploading correct parts numbers, shipment plans, and discount levels.
- Collaborate with the technical department to address dealer technical queries.
- Coordinate with suppliers and the Japan office to resolve outstanding spare parts issues promptly and prevent future problems.
- Monitor dealer order priorities, such as breakdown and stock orders.
- Visit dealers to assess strengths and areas for improvement.
- Develop regional parts sales and marketing strategies to enhance aftersales services.
- Plan and execute sales promotional campaigns based on data analysis.
- Monitor pricing levels by parts categories and recommend adjustments to remain competitive.
- Oversee dealer inventory levels and suggest stocking strategies.
- Provide parts recommendations for new dealers and models.
- Train dealers on parts systems.
- Propose improvements for daily operations, including systemization and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications and Education:
- Finished HTS/University level in Mechanical, Civil Engineering, IT, or equivalent; or HBO/HEAO in Marketing or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of experience with a good understanding of mechanical products and parts reading.
- Team player, flexible, and capable of supporting others.
- Effective communication skills across cultural backgrounds.
- Conflict resolution abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within and outside Europe for dealer visits.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Deep understanding of Incoterms and logistics processes.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Business-level English and German; knowledge of French and Italian is a plus.

- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, Excel; Power BI is a plus.
