We are a full-service Design-Build company. We offer management of projects throughout the United States, with our field operations' team members who work on location for each of our projects. We are looking for an Electrical Project Manager (EPM) to join our Field Operations team located in GTMO. Our Electrical Project Managers are responsible for leading all electrical aspects and phases of a project from conceptual design to final completion, supporting RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values. They may manage more than one electrical project simultaneously.

Compensation for this role includes a competitive salary range of $130,000-$150,000, along with benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Paid Time Off, Paid Housing, Transportation, Travel home, Full Benefit Package, and eligibility for tax exemptions. 1. A BA/BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience and training.
2. Four or more years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager managing projects of at least $500,000 in scope.
3. Three or more years of experience and fluent understanding of DoD project work structure.
4. Five or more years of work experience as a Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager (or equivalent) in the electrical construction industry; experience in the design-build industry is preferred.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Bluebeam, and Internet applications.
6. Knowledge of specific software such as McCormick, Primavera 3/6, Autodesk, BIM, Revit.
7. Certifications including CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour, and STS; training can be provided.
8. LEED GA Credential or AP/AP+ certification.
