We are looking for proactive and good negotiators who are not afraid to set up a new business, build their customer structure through innovative sales channels and can therefore play a significant role in its success.

Key responsibilities :

• Installing IVD devices and training users for demonstration or routine purposes
• Support of sales and marketing in coordination with the area management
• Conducting sales and application training for distributors in coordination with marketing management
• Second-level support for sales partners with the help of scientific communication and R&D
• Collecting information about the market environment, market competitors and other relevant knowledge to support sales, marketing and R&D
• Preparation and implementation of specific training and product presentations as part of the product sales processes
• Coordination of validation experiments and other scientific studies up to publication
• Participation in workshops, conferences and trade fairs to market our products
• They support projects, events and trade fairs and are the interface to internal communication

To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following profile :

• Bachelor's degree in microbiology or a scientific discipline (e.g. biology, chemistry, biotechnology) or successfully completed training as a medical technician, MTA with a high affinity for technology, comparable training or technical studies (preferably medical technology)
• Knowledge of the entire development process of in vitro medical devices or clinical studies
• Enthusiasm for imparting knowledge as well as methodological and didactic skills
• Fluent spoken and written knowledge of German and English (native language German)
• Independent and responsible way of working, careful, team player and motivated
• Reliable, friendly, customer focused and self-motivated
• Driving license with willingness to travel
• You enjoy open dialogue with customers and colleagues because communication is your strength
• 5+ years of professional experience in medical technology or related industry sectors
