We are looking for a Junior [Digital] Art Director (Human) to craft digital brand experiences for global brands.

• As a Junior [Digital] Art Director (Human), you can expect a diverse range of exciting projects for renowned international companies.
• You will work in an interdisciplinary team of Art Directors, Motion and 3D Artists, Web Developers, Creative Technologists, Project Managers, and Strategists.
• With a focus on digital, you’ll navigate the intersection of physical and digital worlds, delivering creative and well-thought-out solutions in both areas.
• From day one, you can take on responsibility and develop your skills in a creative environment.

• You ideally have a degree in design or an equivalent qualification.
• You have a creative mind with strong graphic and conceptual skills.
• You have a good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• You bring ambition and a willingness to learn, working with your team to contribute to creative and technically exciting projects.
• You're a digital native interested in digital trends and technologies, yet you are equally skilled at designing for traditional media and creating seamless, cross-media solutions.
• You are dedicated to managing smaller project deliverables, such as asset production, to guarantee a seamless project rollout.
• You are familiar with the fundamentals of UI/UX design and have a good understanding of conceptual work and would like to develop your skills further.
• Experience with Motion Design or 3D animation as well as basic knowledge of After Effects or Cinema 4D would be an advantage.
• You’re a team player who works conscientiously and strives for quality in your work while remaining open to feedback and development opportunities.
