1. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and
2. Collaborate closely with paid marketing managers on BAT
3. Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights from complex datasets to provide BAT outputs regularly
4. Take full ownership of end-to-end project execution: data processing, feature engineering, validation and deployment
5. Influence decision-making processes by continuously and proactively improving the existing model

• Strong Python/SQL skills
• Experience with predictive modelling & optimization algorithms
• Familiarity with marketing analytics (ROI, attribution, MMM) is a bonus
• Passion for turning data into actionable business decisions
• More than 3 years of experience in Data Science
• A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field
• Extensive experience in applying statistical modelling, machine learning, and data mining techniques to solve real-world problems
• Proven experience in deploying end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including live product deployment, monitoring, and quality assurance
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a creative and innovative mindset to tackle complex and ambiguous challenges
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Eligibility to work in Germany for the next 6 to 12 months
