As we enter a scale-up phase to grow 3x in the next 3 years, we are seeking an experienced CFO to join our Founders on the C-level team. This role offers an opportunity for a seasoned leader to leverage their expertise to drive the next stage of growth in a high-scaling, international environment.

Your responsibilities at snuggs:
  • Act as a strategic partner to the executive team and board, providing financial insights to shape company strategy during the scale-up phase.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Lead finance teams, including accounting, controlling, FP&A, and procurement (10+ members).
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.
  • Drive cash flow optimization, capital structure management, and financing efforts.
  • Develop efficient taxation strategies across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Automate workflows, implement ERP systems, and utilize BI tools like Tableau.
  • Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and tax advisors.
  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks while supporting business growth.
  • Provide commercial insights for pricing, market entry, and cost efficiency.

  • Experience in a C-level role within companies with revenues exceeding €60M, operating across multiple markets.
  • Proven track record in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or DTC industries.
  • Managed teams of 10+ members across various finance functions.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ownership mindset: resilient, proactive, and able to learn from challenges.
  • Experience working in multinational environments and group structures.
  • Comfortable thriving in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge of organizational structures and process refinement for scalability.
  • Ability to navigate complex, international organizations successfully.
  • High ethical standards aligned with our values.
  • Willingness to contribute hands-on when needed.
  • Highly analytical, curious, and capable of managing projects independently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • FCCA or ACCA qualification is a plus.
