Further to this, our unit is responsible for ensuring compliance with the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), with a particular focus on the Register of Information (RoI). This register is a cornerstone of DORA compliance, documenting all ICT third-party service arrangements across the Deutsche Börse Group. You will work with a team which is partially located in Prague and as well in Eschborn, Germany. As part of our team, you will closely collaborate with experts across the entire Deutsche Börse Group, with IT, the business as well as with control functions. Following detailed knowledge transfer and training, you will play a key role in managing this register, translating regulatory requirements into functional processes, and thereby supporting the organization in maintaining operational resilience. Supporting internal and external audits will create opportunities for you to regularly experience an outside-in view. You will work on some of the most advanced technologies currently available on the market, and you will be gaining skills that will take you forward in your career. If you are on top interested in applying new technologies such as practical use of AI, you will be a perfect fit into our team.

Tasks/responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders regarding the DORA Register of Information and related regulatory requirements.
  • Translate regulatory obligations into functional requirements and support their implementation in internal systems and workflows.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the RoI, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates across all business units and IT.
  • Collaborate with IT, ICT Risk Management, legal, procurement, and business teams to ensure alignment and integration of third-party risk data.
  • Support audits, regulatory inquiries, and internal reporting related to DORA compliance.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and guidance documents for internal users.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing digital operational resilience and regulatory reporting capabilities.

Qualifications/required skills

  • University degree in business administration, information systems, risk management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5–7 years of experience in regulatory compliance, ICT risk, third-party management, or process governance in a financial institution, combined with strong technological and functional skills.
  • Strong understanding of state-of-the-art tooling in the areas of supplier, contract, risk and process management.
  • Familiarity with DORA, ICT third-party risk management, or operational resilience frameworks is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in handling functional requirements and translating them into system or process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Power BI; experience with GRC or contract management tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; German is an asset but not required.
