You will strengthen our interdisciplinary team as a data analyst, data engineer, data scientist, or generalist.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Developing holistic analytics solutions for our customers.
2. Data preparation, data modeling, data science, reporting, and dashboarding.
3. Applying your expertise in analytical methods to generate insights from customer and vehicle data.
4. Utilizing your knowledge of the after-sales business to leverage data from connected vehicles and digital customer profiles.
5. Designing and developing the 'Data @ Car After-Sales' competence field and related know-how in collaboration with existing experts.
6. Building a data-driven development team, collaborating with adjacent business streams.
7. Establishing cooperation with various departments within Global Customer Service & Parts and IT.
8. Evaluating new project requests and forming strategic partnerships within the company.

Your profile:

• Passion for data, familiarity with latest cloud technologies, and a desire for continuous learning.
• Interest in developing with our motivated, interdisciplinary team to create value for Mercedes-Benz.

• Solid foundation with a bachelor's or master's degree in relevant fields.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, Databricks, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Industry knowledge and understanding of technologies like GenAI.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
