Could you be the full-time Project / Program Cybersecurity Manager (f/m/d) in Mannheim we’re looking for?

Your Future Role

In Mannheim, over 950 colleagues from 36 different countries work together to develop locomotives, as well as signal and propulsion technology for vehicles that are deployed both regionally and worldwide. Our product line Rolling Stock & Components offers products from the broadest portfolio in the rail industry. Our innovation focus is on green and smart solutions, including emission-free propulsion systems such as batteries and hydrogen. You’ll report to the RSC Platforms Technical Director and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

We’ll look for you to:

1. Analyse Project / Program security needs (including laws and local regulations), determine security objectives and main security risks strategy.
2. Plan security activities within development life cycle, estimate costs and duration, their impacts related to project program execution, Identify training needs.
3. Be responsible for Cost / Quality / Delay of Project/Program Cybersecurity deliverables, as needed per Project / program context.
4. Cybersecurity context, and Cybersecurity Risk Analysis.
5. Cybersecurity Architecture definition and requirement allocation.
6. Cascading of requirement to suppliers, Manage Third Parties Risks.
7. Application of Cybersecurity Assurance Level.
8. Definition of Cybersecurity Operating Procedures.
9. Evaluation of the Project/Program achieved Cybersecurity level.
10. Provide support during technical design meetings for cybersecurity activities.
11. Obtain agreement from Project/Program/Customer about the set of security measures to be implemented.
12. Manage vulnerabilities and Cybersecurity issues and actions plan.
13. Manage Program / Project Cybersecurity related communication.
14. Report on Program / Project Cybersecurity status.
15. In case of external Cybersecurity audit, manage the relationship with auditors and establish lessons learned.
16. Promote the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhere to the highest standards of ethical conduct.

1. University/ Engineer in degree level (Desirable: Cybersecurity certification such as: GICSP, CISSP, GSEC, CISM).
2. Experience with direct responsibility for hands-on architecture, design, development.
3. Experience related to Cybersecurity in general, deployment experience of security technologies.
4. QCD Management.
5. Knowledge of main Cybersecurity standards and regulations, such as: ISO 2700X, 62443, NIST, NIS, TS 50701.
6. Knowledge of some Cybersecurity solutions and areas.
7. Methods of Cybersecurity risk analysis.
8. Architecture concepts and techniques of systems and networks, operating systems and associated programming languages.
9. Knowledge of the main techniques for evaluating systems security.
