Partner, Digital Services

ERM has an opportunity for an experienced market leader in the SAP Product Compliance, EHSM and Sustainability space to join our global firm as a European based Partner within our Digital Services business. This leadership role would join our industry leading global SAP practice with emphasis on growing our EMEA solution delivery business and anchoring our well established SAP partner relationships in Waldorf and Markdorf. Our Digital Services line of business spans the entire information management life cycle, from assisting clients with information solutions portfolio assessment, strategy, technology evaluation and planning, to designing, testing and implementing enterprise-wide systems and innovative technologies.

In this role, you will join our core team of Digital Systems Partners and our global SAP EHS&S practice to build market presence, opportunity pipeline, revenues and delivery capability, becoming a true owner and shareholder in a business with Sustainability at its heart. As a Partner, you will further advance our reputation for EHS&S Management Information Systems solutions, with primary focus on SAP, by helping us drive the continued growth of ERM’s business through selling and delivering world-class Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability Digital Services projects, and recruiting and developing our next generation of leaders. Role Profile:

This is a key role in growing ERM’s Digital Services offerings, with a primary focus on SAP Sustainability, Product Compliance and EHSM solutions sales, client account development, and project execution to deliver strategic value to our clients. As a senior leader, you will be fully accountable for successfully selling and consulting on a range of EMIS projects to build a sustainable business locally, while networking with ERM's global Digital Services team to share best practices across the industry. We are seeking both established and emerging leaders who are interested in being part of this thriving global community – outstanding professionals who combine strong consulting and business development skills with a technical foundation to foster and expand a network of excellent Digital Services solutions client relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the growth and development of ERM’s global integrated solutions and actively collaborate with colleagues across the globe. Drive innovation within the business to stay ahead of client needs and to differentiate ERM in the market.
• Develop and implement strategic business and action plans, provide leadership, and deliver performance results to expand ERM's Digital Services business and client base in with emphasis on the European market.
• Work closely with and join the established global SAP EHS&S practice leadership team to set growth strategy and direction, enhance market presence and thought leadership, and provide hands on execution leadership to help realize sales and revenue goals.
• As a senior “seller/doer,” personally win new Digital Services engagements annually. Identify and develop new opportunities, prepare effective technical proposals, and take an active leadership role in developing new business with new and existing clients. Develop and expand client relationships that generate repeat business.
• Develop and manage strategic SAP EHS&S programs for a variety of clients with complex technical/regulatory issues. Design and direct large programs/projects and multi-person project teams. Achieve client expectations for scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Actively engage in our global SAP Partner relationship to enrich and expand ERM connections and provide a high-touch visibility in the Waldorf / Markdorf SAP EHS&S leadership community.
• Serve as the billable Partner-in-Charge on sold engagements that require your skill set, or serve as a billable subject matter expert on other engagements that need your expertise.
• Leverage technical skills to help teams drive double-digit profitable growth across the Digital Services service lines (e.g. effectively working with key clients by assisting them with their SAP EHS&S project initiation solution strategy, implementation, system integration, training, rollout, support, maintenance, and improvements).
• Lead, manage performance, inspire and mentor personnel for overall success of the team.
• Develop a working understanding of ERM’s other consulting service areas and actively support cross-selling these services to existing clients. Support the general growth and development of ERM’s international Digital Services area. Coordinate with ERM offices in the US, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and Latin America regions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS/MS in a technical field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Environmental Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or related program.
• 15+ years of relevant consulting experience working with significant clients on SAP EHS&S programs. Possess a diverse client portfolio which includes clients broadly across process and discrete manufacturing sectors.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful business growth strategies particularly leveraging the SAP EHS&S solution suite and related adjacencies including PLM and GTS. Well established recognition, relationships and access into SAP and the SAP EHS&S ecosphere inclusive of key solution partners such as 3E and Opesus.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, and book personal sales in new Digital Systems consulting services within the EHSM domains.
• Recognized technical expertise and established reputation in the local marketplace.
