Position: Mental Health Professional (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

1. Provide employees with tools to build emotional intelligence and resilience.
2. Lead informational and promotional wellbeing activities during employee training.
3. Proactively reach out to employees for coaching or workshops.
4. Design and lead psycho-educational group sessions, outreach programs, and team-building activities.
5. Advise the HR department on employee suitability for projects.
6. Create and implement wellbeing action plans.
7. Lead projects as assigned by the wellbeing team manager.
8. Monitor, evaluate, and report on employee progress.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Clinical, Counseling, or Health Psychology, Therapeutic Counseling, Psychotherapy, or Clinical Social Work.
• At least 3 years of experience with clients/patients.
• Valid license, membership, or practitioner accreditation.
• Proficiency in conflict and crisis management.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in office software.
• Outstanding listening and empathetic communication skills.
• Experience with interviews is advantageous.
• High discretion, confidentiality, and a desire to help others.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and high motivation.
• Must be located or willing to relocate to Essen, Germany.
