• You develop and implement strategies to optimize energy consumption in our production facilities.
• You analyze and evaluate existing energy supply systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
• You work with other headquarters functions and locations, especially production and maintenance, to develop and promote energy-efficient processes.
• You monitor and analyze energy data, prepare reports and presentations for management.
• You participate in projects to introduce new technologies and processes in the field of energy efficiency.
• You train employees in energy-efficient working methods.

• You have a degree in environmental and energy management, mechanical engineering, process engineering, or a comparable engineering science.
• You have relevant professional experience in energy management in a production company.
• You have a good knowledge of relevant standards and regulations in the field of energy efficiency (ISO 50001).
• Ideally, you have experience in using energy management software.
• You possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and the ability to work interdisciplinarily.
• You show initiative and work independently.
• Your working languages are German and English (spoken and written).
