Key Responsibilities
  1. Create inspiring content tailored to our markets and target groups.
  2. Coordinate closely with colleagues across different regions.
  3. Present concepts and conduct training sessions, including on stage and in front of the camera.
  4. Develop storyboards, training materials, and guidelines.
  5. Manage and optimize customer engagement through demo formats and events.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the success of concepts and events.
  7. Develop and maintain an international professional network.
  8. Coordinate with relevant interfaces within the organization.
Candidate Profile
  • Experienced Chef (m/f/d) with senior roles such as Executive or Corporate Chef.
  • Proven experience in the foodservice sector (system gastronomy, retail, catering, hotel).
  • Strong knowledge of culinary arts, kitchen operations, and industry trends.
  • Additional qualifications or training are desirable.
  • Ability to understand and capture customer needs systematically.
  • Creative, flexible, confident, and quick-thinking.
  • Excellent presentation and training skills, comfortable on stage and in front of a camera.
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and interested in intercultural exchange.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus with willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Willing to travel and hold a valid driver’s license.
