Take and process food and beverage orders accurately. Ensure timely service of food and beverages. Coordinate with kitchen/bar to avoid delays or errors. Monitor portion control and presentation.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are followed. Comply with HACCP and local health regulations. Ensure proper handling and storage of food and beverages. Maintain cleanliness of service areas.
Assist in monitoring stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies. Reduce wastage and control operational costs. Report shortages, damages, or spoilage. Assist in inventory audits.
Upsell menu items and beverages. Promote specials, events, and offers. Support banquet, catering, and special event services. Help achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain service records, bills, and guest feedback forms. Assist in daily sales and consumption reports. Coordinate with accounts for billing and reconciliation.
Assist in organizing banquets, conferences, and events. Ensure proper setup of banquet halls and service areas. Coordinate with event planners and clients. Supervise service during events.
Maintain professional appearance and behavior. Follow company policies and service etiquette. Participate in training and skill development programs. Stay updated with food trends and service techniques.
