Freaks 4U Gaming is looking for motivated and creative apprentices for the role as Trainee Kaufmann/-frau für Marketingkommunikation (all gender). If you're passionate about media, advertising, and digital communication – and love gaming and esports – this is the perfect opportunity to launch your career. During your apprenticeship, you’ll gain hands-on experience in agency projects, campaign development, and brand communication. The apprenticeship takes place at our headquarters in Berlin-Spandau.
You will support the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing and communication campaigns
You will learn how advertising campaigns are created – from idea and concept to implementation
You will assist in developing and presenting pitches, learning how to prepare convincing concepts for clients
You will collaborate with departments such as Social Media, Design, Video, Events, and Project Management
You will help create presentations, briefings, proposals, and reports
You will gain insight into client communication, campaign management, and brand building within the gaming and esports industry
Solid secondary school diploma (minimum required: intermediate school leaving certificate)
Creative mindset and a strong interest in media, marketing, and communication
Good organizational skills, team spirit, and an independent working style
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong communication skills in both German and English
Passion for digital media, gaming, and esports is a plus
