What You Will Do
As a Workday Compensation and Benefits Lead in our Workday practice, you’ll be learning from some of the best in the industry and growing your personal skillset by:
- Taking accountability for Workday Compensation and Benefits deliverables by leading client engagements and teams to successful outcomes, supporting your team, client needs, and generating value.
- Developing a reputation as a subject matter expert for all things Workday Compensation and Benefits (and other modules if you desire).
- Leading the end-to-end design and configuration of Workday Compensation and Benefits solutions for various clients across industries.
- Participating in troubleshooting activities and conducting root cause analysis where necessary.
- Providing guidance on Compensation and Benefits integrations and reports.
- Assisting with converting legacy data into Workday and gathering ongoing feedback from clients within an Agile environment.
- Providing production cutover/transition support and ongoing production support.
- Contributing to internal training to share product knowledge, skills, and learnings within the IT Advisory and Management Consulting Practices.
- Preparing reports and presentations for internal and client leadership to keep stakeholders informed.
- Supporting business development efforts, including preparing proposals and leading presentations to senior executives.
- Building long-term relationships with senior client personnel and participating in professional networking.
What You Bring To The Role
- 2-5 years of experience implementing enterprise solutions, with at least one full lifecycle implementation, and a thorough understanding of Workday Compensation and Benefits processes, best practices, and regulations.
- Experience with Workday is preferred; other ERP experience will be considered.
- Workday Compensation and Benefits certifications are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a related discipline is preferable.
- Exposure to various technology solutions from vendors such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, and others.
- Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with stakeholders and leadership.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead teams and projects.
- Experience in client-facing roles with technical and functional stakeholders, with strong relationship management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
KPMG BC Region Pay Range
The expected base salary range for this position is $73,000 to $127,000, potentially plus bonuses. Salary is determined based on location, skills, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
