We are currently looking to add experienced Adjusters to our team! Can work in a HYBRID environment.

The Adjuster actively manages claims while pursuing business development opportunities, including marketing and follow-up.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in Auto, Property, Liability, Accident & Benefits, or Bodily Injury claims;
• University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance;
• 1-3 years of experience;
• Adjuster’s license or pursuing CIP designation;
• Combination of education and experience will be considered;
• Commitment to ongoing education;
• Effective analytical and investigative skills;
• Ability to interpret complex legal documents and perform advanced numerical analysis;
• Access to a vehicle, full driver’s license, and a satisfactory driving record;
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral;
• Organizational skills to prioritize and manage conflicting tasks;
• Customer service orientation with a proactive approach;
• Interpersonal skills for conflict resolution;
• Dedication to continuous learning.
