Join Our Team as a Strategic Finance Leader

At Irving Consumer Products, we’re seeking a dynamic finance professional to lead our financial strategy. You will oversee cross-functional initiatives, promote data-driven decision-making, and collaborate with senior leaders to enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and Influence: Present monthly financial forecasts to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
2. Drive Financial Planning: Manage the annual strategic planning and budgeting processes, challenge assumptions, and ensure financial rigor.
3. Collaborate Across Functions: Work with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to support forecasting, pricing, and business case development.
4. Deliver Analytics: Analyze new business opportunities, market expansion, operational efficiencies, and customer profitability.
5. Enhance Reporting: Improve financial reporting tools and dashboards for faster decision-making.

This role is suited for a strategic thinker who excels at translating complex data into compelling narratives and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills
• Results-oriented, strategic, and analytical mindset
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
• Proven influence and collaboration skills
• Change management experience
• 10-15 years relevant experience
• Manufacturing experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree
• CPA Designation
• Effective communicator at all organizational levels
