New Products Launch Lead - NextGen immunology

Location : Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid) requiring office attendance 50% of the time.

As a leader in immunology, we are poised to transform medicine by rebalancing the immune responses that cause systemic, chronic diseases. Reporting to Head of New Products Launch Specialty Care, this position is responsible for the preparation and execution of commercial market development and launch in Canada for NextGen immunology assets.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for new product launches, aligning with the company overall business objectives.
  • Implement the roadmap for new product launches in NextGen immunology assets.
  • Assess the value of the different markets and develop the business cases for the new products.
  • Inform the key aspects of the go-to-market approach for an asset, considering the end-to-end needs of commercialization.
  • Identify critical success factors for launch and develop relevant engagement plans with tactics.
  • Generate key insights and develop strategic recommendations to advance market recognition.
  • Align with Market Access & Public Affairs teams for conducting payer market research.
  • Partner with Market Access and GTMC Insight & Analytics teams to evaluate market trends.
  • Partner with global marketers and agencies to develop campaigns and assets.
  • Partner with and influence cross-functional stakeholders to prepare the market for upcoming immunology launches.
  • Manage any related budgets, financial forecasts, and investment proposals needed.

About You :

  • Commercial and Business Acumen : Strong track record in the pharma / biopharma industry driving commercial success.
  • Specialty Therapeutic Experience : Immunology knowledge required.
  • Relationship Management : Ability to work collaboratively with strong organizational skills.
  • Data / Insights Driven decision maker : Able to distill large amounts of data effectively.
  • Global Experience : Prior international assignment is a plus.
  • Experience : 7+ years of relevant healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Prior people management experience is required.
