New Position: This position is open due to an existing vacancy to support our evolving business needs.

Senior Program Manager - Commercial Excellence PMO

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Program Manager to join the Commercial Excellence Program Management Office (CE PMO). This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who thrives in complex, cross‑functional environments and is passionate about driving transformation across commercial operations. You will lead high‑impact programs that span multiple business domains, enabling simplification, standardization, and technology‑enabled modernization of commercial processes.

This is a high‑visibility role that requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and program execution skills. While your initial assignment may support the Commercial Process Simplification work within the Program (CPSP), this position is designed to flex across strategic initiatives as business needs evolve.

About the Role

As a Senior Program Manager, you will:

  • Lead strategic programs from initiation through execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive cross‑functional collaboration across a wide range of business functions, engaging stakeholders from across the organization to ensure alignment and successful program execution
  • Translate business strategy into actionable program plans, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and benefits realization.
  • Champion process simplification and standardization, ensuring outcomes are automation‑ready and customer‑centric.
  • Establish and maintain governance structures, operating rhythms, and stakeholder communication plans.
  • Monitor program performance using KPIs such as cycle time, quality metrics, customer experience, and financial impact.
  • Guide and mentor project managers and workstream leads, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, policies, and design principles.
About You
  • A BS/BA degree (required); advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in program or portfolio management, ideally in a matrixed, global organization.
  • Proven success leading large‑scale transformation initiatives across commercial functions.
  • Deep understanding of project and program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect strategy to execution.
  • Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with software development life cycles and technology‑enabled process design.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments.
