A global energy infrastructure provider in Calgary is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator for a temporary maternity leave coverage. The role involves managing collections, investigating disputes, and maintaining customer relationships. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. The Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections Administrator is responsible for maintaining accounts receivable collections at 85% current or above. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely customer payments and supporting overall financial health.
This is a temporary 12-month position to cover a maternity leave, offering an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience.
