Position Overview : Reporting to the Director of Internal Audit responsible for Investment Business Units, you will lead assurance and consulting engagements related to Capital Markets, Infrastructure, Private Equity, and associated risk management and investment operations. You will oversee the entire process from planning to reporting and issues resolution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Engagement Management : Plan and oversee completion of audits, ensuring timely execution and documentation.
• Client Liaison : Maintain communication with internal clients to update on progress and outcomes.
• Action Plans : Develop and present relevant action plans addressing root causes of issues.
• Reporting : Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to management.
• Follow-Up : Monitor remediation plans to ensure timely closure.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Build effective relationships across the organization.
• Risk Awareness : Stay informed of organizational and emerging risks to inform audit planning and protect organizational interests.
• Consultation : Provide real-time feedback on business initiatives from a controls perspective.
• Continuous Improvement : Contribute to methodology updates and strategic initiatives.
• High integrity and ethical standards.
• Ability to deliver high-quality audit work within deadlines.
• Adaptability to changing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership qualities with ownership and accountability.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years' experience in external or internal audit.
• Knowledge of Capital Markets, Investments, or related risk management; CFA preferred.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Quick learner of new complex areas; data analytics expertise a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
