Administrative Support IV is a working level, multi-skilled position that will support FM&E Managers and the Facilities Maintenance & Engineering department frontline staff of the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital and Rural East areas. The Administrative Support IV utilizes enhanced skills to perform varied and/or specialized activities such as: e-Facilities (maintenance/asset management champion), finance, payroll, procurement, training matrix, staff orientation, and other general administrative duties. Additionally, this position is responsible for receiving/notifying frontline FM&E staff of work requests and developing facility/equipment issues reported by the various clinical teams/departments. The Administrator IV is responsible for entering, editing, updating, and producing critical reports associated with all facility maintenance equipment that reside in e-Facilities (maintenance management program).
