As we continue our expansion, we are looking for a strategic and talented Regional Marketing Manager to join our North American team. The Regional Marketing Manager for Slimstock North America will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances our brand presence, engages potential customers, and drives business growth in the region. This role requires a strong strategic vision and the ability to shape our marketing approach to support Slimstock’s growth ambitions. You will work closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and lead the marketing strategy for North America, ensuring alignment with our business growth objectives and direct impact on commercial development.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, tailored to the North American market.
• Maximize marketing ROI and adjust strategies accordingly to ensure effectiveness.
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring all initiatives are cost-effective and aligned with Slimstock’s vision.
• Conduct market analysis and stay up to date on supply chain trends and best practices in technology solutions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop lead generation and nurturing campaigns that support revenue growth and new client acquisition.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with media partners and other key stakeholders to increase brand visibility across North America.
• Manage and mentor a marketing team, ensuring their growth and achievement of business goals.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics (ROI, leads generated, customer acquisition cost) to refine strategies continuously.
• Design impactful marketing campaigns in collaboration with global marketing teams to drive lead generation for our Slim4 platform.
• Formalize and adapt the marketing mix based on North American market and economic conditions.

Requirements :

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Senior Marketing Manager or in a similar role, ideally in B2B software or supply chain solutions.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies for the North American market.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and familiarity with marketing analytics platforms.
• Expertise in market research and competitive intelligence, particularly in supply chain technology solutions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present technical solutions in an engaging and accessible way.
• Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset, strong initiative, and goal-setting discipline.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and marketing analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid digital campaigns for B2B audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Perfect bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, is essential.
