Your role : turn our content into growth, building our personal brand and generating inbound leads for Talent Harbour.

You will work directly with the CEO & Executive Assistant (who own strategy) to execute flawlessly. You will see firsthand how content connects to scaling a business, and you will sharpen your skills in both creative storytelling and marketing execution.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Editing

  • Edit high-quality video content (short-form Reels / Shorts + long-form podcasts / interviews).
  • Add captions, hooks, graphics, and storytelling elements that stop the scroll.
  • Repurpose raw footage into LinkedIn posts, carousel slides, email newsletters, and blogs.

Publishing & Optimization

  • Manage publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and HubSpot.
  • Track performance and engagement—pivot quickly if content isn’t performing.
  • Create thumbnails, hooks, and copy optimized for each platform.
  • Apply SEO best practices to posts, blogs, and landing pages.
  • Build and send HubSpot email campaigns and newsletters.
  • Monitor analytics to identify which content generates inbound leads—and double down.
  • Support the sales team with content that attracts and nurtures qualified prospects.
  • Work closely with the CEO & Executive Assistant to execute flawlessly.
  • Contribute ideas to boost reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Handle some faith-based and philanthropic content with openness and respect.
Who You Are
  • Experienced Creator: 3+ years editing for social media (Reels, Shorts, podcasts, interviews).
  • Marketing-Minded: You know how to turn content into followers, subscribers, and leads.
  • Strong Writer: Skilled at crafting LinkedIn posts, captions, and email copy that grabs attention.
  • Detail-Oriented: You care about the small things—typos, audio sync, color correction.
  • Data-Driven: You measure, analyze, and improve based on results.
  • Team Player: Coachable, collaborative, and aligned with a fast-moving entrepreneurial culture.
Bonus if you have :
  • SEO or inbound marketing experience.
  • HubSpot or other marketing automation tools.
  • Podcast editing or YouTube channel experience.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered editing / captioning tools.

Compensation & Growth
