A cybersecurity services firm is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead their sales team. This role involves developing sales strategies, mentoring team members, and enhancing client relationships. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales management, strong leadership skills, and expertise in the cybersecurity landscape. The position offers a target compensation of $250K CAD+ OTE and comprehensive benefits in a fully remote setting.
Job Description: Kobalt.io is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team to new levels of performance as a player/coach. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans, cultivating relationships with clients and partners, and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will drive strong sales execution by leveraging sales metrics, CRM rigor, technology, automation, and AI. This role requires deep experience in assessing market opportunities and then developing and executing a plan to meet/exceed sales objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in services sales, ideally selling into the SMB sector in cybersecurity, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. This role is fully remote and can be located anywhere in North America.
