About the Role

As Marketing Director , you’ll lead Streamforge’s overall marketing strategy, with a significant focus on content-driven growth and B2B inbound lead generation—especially targeting enterprise clients. Beyond content, you’ll guide the strategic direction of our brand positioning, demand generation, and marketing operations. You’ll bring leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on execution, becoming a pivotal part of our core team and shaping the company’s trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership

• Lead and own Streamforge’s marketing vision, strategy, and execution with a primary focus on content marketing and inbound lead generation.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team and cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing efforts with company goals.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive, content-centric inbound marketing strategy, driving awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Oversee creation and execution of high-impact content (articles, whitepapers, webinars, videos, podcasts) tailored to enterprise decision-makers.
• Continuously evolve and refine our brand voice and messaging, ensuring consistency and resonance across all channels.

Demand Generation & Growth

• Design, launch, and optimize campaigns that generate high-quality leads, leveraging content marketing, SEO, social media, email, and partnerships.
• Develop and manage marketing automation and CRM workflows, ensuring streamlined lead nurturing and efficient pipeline generation.

Brand Amplification & Partnerships

• Foster strategic relationships with industry experts, influencers, media outlets, and event organizers to enhance brand visibility.
• Represent Streamforge externally, establishing the brand as an influential leader in influencer marketing, AI, and digital media.

Analytics & Performance Management

• Define clear KPIs and success metrics, regularly measuring, analyzing, and reporting on marketing effectiveness, ROI, and growth.
• Continuously optimize marketing strategies based on performance data, customer feedback, and market insights.

Thought Leadership & Industry Insights

• Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive insights, and emerging opportunities in influencer marketing, AI, SaaS, and gaming industries.
• Proactively produce content and initiatives positioning Streamforge as an innovative thought leader.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experienced Marketing Leader : 5–8+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally as a first or early marketing hire at a successful tech startup.
• Content-Focused Expertise : Proven track record in building and scaling content-driven inbound marketing programs targeting B2B enterprise audiences.
• Strategic Mindset & Execution : Ability to set long-term strategic direction while managing hands-on execution in a high-growth, startup environment.
• Exceptional Communicator : Outstanding writing, storytelling, and verbal communication skills, adept at crafting compelling, clear narratives for diverse audiences.
• Analytical & Data-Driven : Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms) with a commitment to data-informed decision-making.
• Self-Directed & Proactive : Highly autonomous, self-directed, and proactive—comfortable navigating a rapidly evolving landscape, solving challenges independently, and driving tangible outcomes.

• Hybrid in Montreal : Our Montreal-based team collaborates in person at least twice a week. We’re open to relocating top candidates within Canada after onboarding.
