- Engage with new and existing clients to understand their workspace needs.
- Conduct office tours and present tailored workspace solutions.
- Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and local marketing initiatives.
- Support the sales cycle, from first contact to signed agreements.
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and management teams to ensure great customer experiences.
- Stay informed about local market trends and competitor offerings.
- Experience in customer service, retail, or client-facing roles (sales experience is a plus!).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, you love talking to people!
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Competitive base salary of $80,000 + commission & benefits.
- Monday to Friday schedule (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM).
