Schedule : Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday-Thursday 9 : 00 AM–5 : 30 PM, 1 day from home

Pay : $22.00 / hour + 4% vacation pay

Kelly is partnering with our client in Cambridge to hire a Transportation Analyst for a temporary 6-month role. This position involves data entry, tracking deliveries, and managing transportation-related financials.

Responsibilities :

Input and retrieve load data in appropriate systems.

Review load information and identify ability to complete.

Communicate verbally and through email with appropriate parties, ensuring accurate information is shared according to established protocols and systems.

Ensure issues are resolved timely, changes are updated and communicated, and provide ongoing insights and analysis.

Access database inputs, and queries.

Maintain high involvement ensuring prompt receipt and delivery to and from customers.

Ensure all systems, both internal and external, are updated as per established timelines.

Complete reporting as required.

Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation or logistics

Education in Supply Chain Management is a plus

Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced)

Fast learner with good problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and attention to detail

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
