  • Create and manage a marketing calendar for campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and promotions.
  • Utilize customer data to create targeted segments and personalized communication for different customer groups.
Campaign Execution
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from briefing to deployment and post-campaign analysis.
  • Develop and optimize campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing platforms, mobile push notification services, and SMS providers, to maximize effectiveness and reach.
  • QA test customer journeys and campaign content to ensure a seamless and bug-free experience.
  • Work with the product team and third-party vendors to troubleshoot campaign issues as they arise.
  • Work closely with content, design, and product teams to create compelling marketing assets.
Customer Journey Management
  • Collaborate with the team to map and optimize customer lifecycle journeys, encompassing onboarding, re-engagement, and win-back programs.
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance and deliverability.
  • Ensure all communications are on-brand and adhere to regulatory guidelines.
Analysis & Reporting
  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of campaigns against set KPIs (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion, and ROI).
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign data to improve future marketing efforts continually.
You’ll need to have
  • 3+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role (ideally in the iGaming industry).
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Optimove, Braze, Klaviyo, HubSpot).
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing (email, SMS, push, social, affiliates).
  • Experience with customer segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analysis.
