Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for a Coordinator, Marketing – Annabelle for a permanent full-time position.

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager - Annabelle, the Marketing Coordinator will coordinate the communication and organization of marketing activities such as: promotion and product launches. This person will be called upon to manage relations with the various departments such as: the Field Sales team, the Major Account Managers, the Merchandising team, the Graphic Studio team, the Purchasing team, the logistics team as well as the Quality control and Regulatory Affairs team. She or he will also be called upon to support Brand Managers and Assistants Brand Managers in their projects to produce communication material, product communication and promotional offers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE

• Coordinate various projects including the brief and production of advertising documents, primary and secondary packaging, product renderings, with internal and external suppliers (graphic designers and printers).
• Develop, proofread, revise, and correct promotional material and documents.
• Develop, proofread, revise, and correct elements of advertising material, in-store collateral pieces, displays and in-store wall communications (merchandising).
• Learn, master and update working tools and documents (financial business cases by project, DAM, PLM and ArtWork).
• Maintain the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring assets and rights are up to date, upload new content, create collection folders, etc.
• Respond to various requests from the Sales Department as well as affiliated departments (being the point of contact).
• Carry out diverse administrative tasks (create purchase orders (PO), update trackers, place product orders, coordinate shipments, among others)
• Support the team in the creation of retailer and internal presentations (PowerPoint)
• Bachelor’s degree in administration, Marketing or Communications (an asset).
• Experience of at least 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
