Your role

As a Marketing Specialist, you'll turn our ideas into concrete actions.

  • You'll manage campaigns, maintain our prospect list, and help structure our marketing activities.

And that's just the beginning. If you love building, learning, and growing, this role has the potential to evolve into leading our entire marketing function in the coming years.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain our list of 250 priority prospects
  • Launch and manage prospecting campaigns: email, LinkedIn, direct mail, etc.
  • Deploy and optimize LinkedIn ad campaigns (including retargeting)
  • Implement nurturing campaigns to strengthen relationships with prospects we meet
  • Work with our graphic designer (Phil) to produce high-quality visuals
  • Promote webinars, blog articles, and events to the right audiences
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to continuously improve results
What you bring
  • 2–4 years of marketing experience (B2B or IT is an asset)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and rigor
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot)
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn and digital advertising
  • Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written)
  • Curious, proactive, and results-driven
