JOB OVERVIEW
With the optic of increasing our digital presence by disrupting the industry, we are looking for an E-Commerce Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us grow our online presence. If you are looking for a new challenge of managing an high volume of products backed by a large in-house inventory, this is for you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Store Management & Optimization
- Manage daily operations of the e-commerce store which includes new products creation, promotions, etc.
- Optimization of the user experience and the shopping journey throughout Airtek’s website.
- Collaborate with sales and operations to identify opportunities for product visibility and online growth.
- Support email campaigns, promotional content, and digital initiatives that drive traffic and sales.
Online Visibility
- Manage and Optimize Paid Search campaigns to increase online visibility of our products
- Manage Google Merchant Store to display our products on various search engines.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor website and e-commerce analytics to measure performance, traffic sources, and customer behavior.
- Generate regular reports with actionable insights for marketing, sales, and operations teams.
- Identify trends and propose improvements to optimize conversion rates and online growth.
Product & Website Content Creation
- Write and edit engaging content for product pages, landing pages, and blogs to improve visibility and drive conversions.
- Conduct product photography and light editing to ensure images meet brand and e-commerce standards.
- Ensure product content is clear, consistent, and aligned with customer needs.
- Continuously review and update existing site content to improve quality and accuracy.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify (product pages, content management, etc)
- Proficiency in Canva and other design/creative platforms (basic photo editing skills a plus).
- Photography skills (basic product photography and editing).
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Bilingual – French & English (spoken and written).
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
