Our client is looking for a passionate and talented marketer who plays well with others and wants to join a talented strategy team. You will be an instrumental part of the team and will work on a wide variety of projects, including advertising coordination, marketing research and planning, website coordination, copywriting, social media and PR, keyword research, brand development, print coordination, and more. - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
- Research further marketing opportunities, including speaking engagements, presentations, article writing, etc.
- Review, edit, proofread written content for email campaigns and website articles.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Create and manage social media.
- Design visually appealing marketing materials using Canva for various platforms.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Maintain the company website using Sitefinity, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for user experience.
Qualifications
- A post-secondary degree/diploma in Business or Marketing.
- 2-3 years of experience in a legal marketing role is required. Experienced candidates will be considered for more senior roles.
- Proficiency in graphic design (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating engaging content.
- Experienced at coordinating multiple projects while adhering to timelines, keeping everyone on schedule.
- Resourceful, inquisitive, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. We are looking for candidates with strong critical thinking skills.
- A strong writer with a demonstrated ability to produce clear, grammatically correct, and concise written correspondence for reports, marketing plans, and other business communications. You’re also proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Knowledge of HTML is a plus for website management tasks.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
