Overview

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Bridge, acquired by Stripe in 2025, is an entirely new payments platform built with stablecoins to simplify global money movement. We’re looking for a driven, strategic Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join the Bridge product marketing team. As an early PMM for Bridge, you’ll shape the product with market insights, craft messaging, and grow product awareness and adoption in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Product, and more. This role is embedded with the Bridge team in San Francisco while also being part of the Stripe product marketing team.

What you’ll do
  • Be a storyteller. Develop deep empathy for users and tailor communication to engage audiences and differentiate Bridge. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Lead with data. Combine data and insights with user focus to generate balanced points of view for taking products to market.
  • Keep things organized. Manage highly interdependent, complex projects and maintain multiple work streams.
  • Have a passion for fintech and crypto. Explain technical concepts in accessible terms and translate curiosity into impactful product marketing.
  • Be ambitious and thrive in complexity. Contribute in a fast-moving, hyper-growth environment and navigate between strategic and detailed work.
  • Act as a team player. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business to execute on the marketing plan.
Responsibilities
  • Generate customer, competitive, and market insights to inform product strategy for Bridge and to build a cohesive go-to-market plan in partnership with product, marketing, and sales.
  • Develop messaging and positioning for Bridge across user segments, products, personas, and use cases. Create campaign-level content and sales enablement assets.
  • Drive marketing for product releases and launches.
  • Enable sales and marketing with content and materials to drive growth for Bridge.
  • Act as a liaison between Bridge and Stripe product marketing to align marketing strategy across both parts of the business.

Minimum requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B product marketing, marketing, product management, or management consulting

  • Experience with API-based products; fintech and crypto experience is a plus
  • Action-oriented and comfortable moving forward without clear guidelines
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Strong cross-functional relationship builder at all levels of an organization
Role details

This role is available either in an office or a remote location (35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office). Office-assigned employees spend at least 50% of the time in a local office or with users, balancing in-person collaboration with flexibility. A remote location is defined as 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of our offices. Remote workers regularly work from home; Stripe does not cover relocation costs. Compensation and benefits

The annual US base salary range for this role is $143,300 - $214,900. For sales roles, the range includes On Target Earnings (OTE) and base salary. The range may be narrowed during the interview process based on experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants outside the US may request the salary range for their location during the interview process. Additional benefits may include equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses, 401(k), medical-dental-vision benefits, and wellness stipends.
