Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Web and Digital Optimization Specialist with a strong focus on website development and optimization to join our growing marketing team. This role is perfect for a technical marketer who thrives on creating high-converting digital experiences and measuring their impact on business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital presence, with primary focus on website performance, user experience, and conversion optimization. You'll work closely with our marketing team to ensure our digital assets effectively communicate our value proposition to senior executives seeking peer advisory solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Website Development & Management
    • Design, develop, and maintain the company website, landing pages, and microsites using modern web technologies
    • Ensure mobile-first, responsive, and conversion-focused design across all digital properties
    • Create and optimize landing pages for campaigns, events, and gated content offerings
    • Build and maintain forms for lead capture, event registration, and membership inquiries
    • Collaborate with design and content teams to implement brand-consistent user experiences
  • SEO & Performance Optimization
    • Implement SEO best practices, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content optimization
    • Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools
    • Track and report on SEO impact, including rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics
    • Optimize site speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall technical performance
    • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform content strategy
  • Conversion Rate Optimization
    • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate tests to improve site usability and conversions
    • Conduct UX audits and implement improvements based on user behavior data
    • Optimize conversion funnels from initial visit through membership application
    • Test and refine call-to-action placement, messaging, and design elements
    • Monitor and improve key conversion metrics across all digital touchpoints
  • Analytics & Data Integration
    • Integrate comprehensive analytics tracking for performance measurement across all digital properties
    • Set up and maintain conversion tracking, goal tracking, and custom events
    • Work closely with marketing operations to ensure accurate data capture and CRM integration
    • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for website performance metrics
    • Provide regular analysis and recommendations based on data insights
  • Additional Marketing Support
    • Support email marketing campaigns with optimized landing pages and tracking implementation
    • Collaborate on digital advertising campaigns by creating and optimizing landing page experiences
    • Assist with marketing automation setup and optimization
    • Support event marketing through registration pages, microsites, and tracking implementation
    • Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices relevant to B2B executive audiences
Required Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on website development and optimization
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other modern web frameworks
  • Skilled in CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strong grasp of SEO principles and tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush)
  • Experienced with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO)
  • Familiar with CRM integration and marketing automation platforms
  • Expertise in creating high-converting landing pages and forms
  • Strong foundation in UX principles and best practices
  • Skilled in web analytics and conversion tracking implementation
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot preferred
  • Experience with advanced SEO tools and techniques
  • Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Previous experience in a B2B environment with longer sales cycles preferred
