Responsibilities
- Lead cases from inception to verdict as first chair trial counsel.
- Develop trial strategy and oversee all aspects of litigation.
- Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and handle pre-trial proceedings.

Prominent growing regional firm is seeking a Trial Attorney for their Orange County, CA office. Ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience with prior first-chair trial experience.
- Lead cases from inception to verdict as first chair trial counsel

- Work directly with clients on case evaluation and trial prep
- 8+ years of litigation experience
- Licensed to practice and in good standing in California State
- Strong oral and written advocacy and case strategy skills
- Confidence in the courtroom and passion for trying cases
Base pay range: $190,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr
Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus
Base salary range 190k-210k+ Trial Bonuses & Comprehensive Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO)
