The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in commercial real estate law and an established book of business. Responsibilities include advising clients on transactions, managing acquisitions, and providing leasing support. A collaborative work environment and competitive salary are offered.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
  • Established book of business to complement the existing practice.
  • Demonstrated expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development, and leasing.
  • Knowledge of condominium law considered an asset.
  • Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset but not required.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Lawyer to join our team and support the expanding needs of our growing client base.

Salary - $100,000 - $130,000+ (Based on Experience)

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled solicitor with a proven track record in commercial real estate law who can deliver creative, effective, and professional legal solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of experience and the ability to bring an established book of business.

Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on structuring, negotiating, and executing commercial real estate transactions.
  • Handle matters relating to: commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions
  • Financing arrangements
  • Real estate development
  • Commercial leasing
  • Provide guidance and legal support on condominium law matters (asset, but not required).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to the growth of the practice.
