The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of experience and the ability to bring an established book of business.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on structuring, negotiating, and executing commercial real estate transactions.
• Handle matters relating to: commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions
• Financing arrangements
• Real estate development
• Commercial leasing
• Provide guidance and legal support on condominium law matters (asset, but not required).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to the growth of the practice.
