A leading real estate company based in Canada is looking for a Senior Manager, Human Resources. This position involves developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals, overseeing key HR programs, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Candidates should have progressive HR experience, strong leadership skills, and a post-secondary education in HR or Business. This role offers a salary range of $118,020.00 - $162,277.50 per year.
Location: 22 St. Clair Avenue East, Toronto, Ontario, M4T 2S5
Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, the Senior Manager, Human Resources will work with leaders and their teams to directly define and implement people strategies that are aligned with business plans. They will provide business partnering support while developing and implementing leading practice across the organization related to HR programs (Total Rewards, Colleague Engagement, Performance Development, etc.) and ensure HR compliance.
Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust is an owner, manager and developer of well‑located retail and commercial real estate across Canada. Choice Properties' portfolio spans approximately 65 million square feet of gross leasable area and consists of over 700 properties primarily focused on supermarket‑anchored shopping centers.
