As an Associate Sales Representative specializing in medical devices, you will promote and sell joint replacement and trauma solutions to healthcare professionals. You confidently conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. Systematically tracking your territory progress, you proactively communicate your wins with your Sales Representatives and push yourself to exceed each goal. When onsite with clients, you use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses, and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products. Assists Sales Representatives in the promotion Stryker’s joint replacement implants, trauma systems, and Mako SmartRobotics platform
Provide hands-on procedural support for Total Knee, Total Hip, Partial Knee arthroplasty, and trauma systems cases
Educate and train orthopedic surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff on the safe and effective use of products
Serve as the primary resource during surgeries to troubleshoot real-time technical issues
Keeps Sales Representative, Regional Sales Manager, and Director of Sales informed of territory progress on a regular basis
Medical device sales professionals with deep knowledge of orthopedic surgery, surgical navigation, or robotic-assisted procedures
Manages and maintains a sample inventory of products
What you need
Required:
University Degree
Preferred:
Degree in business in a health-related discipline, biomedical engineering, science, or kinesiology
1+ years of experience as an Associate Sales Representative for a Medical Device company
Additional Information:
Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations
Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered
Must have a valid driver’s license
