En tant que représentant commercial, pour le portefeuille Sage de Stryker, vous serez responsable de la planification, de la direction et de la coordination de la vente des produits aux hôpitaux et aux cliniciens afin d'obtenir une rentabilité maximale. Vous établirez des plans stratégiques et tactiques pour votre territoire et vous travaillerez pour devenir un partenaire de confiance pour les médecins, le personnel infirmier et d’autres membres du personnel hospitalier. De plus, vous serez un membre précieux et contributeur de l’équipe médicale de Stryker alors que nous travaillons ensemble pour soutenir la mission et les valeurs de Stryker.

Former et informer le personnel infirmier, les responsables des soins infirmiers et le personnel concerné quant à l’utilisation et à l’entretien appropriés des produits Sage

Diriger les évaluations de produits

Résoudre les problèmes de produits pour les clients de manière accélérée

Géreret maintenir un échantillon d’inventaire de produits

Maintenir et protéger la base d’affaires actuelle en veillant à ce que l’entreprise actuelle soit intacte, en protégeant les principaux comptes et en établissant et en maintenant une solide relation de travail sur le territoire

Accroître les ventes pour dépasser la croissance de l’année précédente. La croissance des ventes devrait inclure toutes les gammes de produits. De plus, développer les activités de vente des comptes d’entreprise et des OGA

Les tâches administratives comprennent : les appels de vente hebdomadaires et les rapports de rétroaction au directeur régional; fournir divers rapports mensuels, trimestriels et annuels, au besoin

Organiser et planifier à l’aide de Salesforce

Développer une connaissance approfondie des produits, des concurrents et du marché

Déplacements

FastTrack et autres formations, réunion annuelle des ventes mondiales, réunion régionale des ventes (deux fois par an), territoire – deux à six nuits par mois selon le territoire, service – nécessite habituellement la nuit et les fins de semaine comme prévu par le représentant des ventes externes avec son client

2+ years outside sales or clinical experience

Preferred

Degree in business with an emphasis in marketing OR a degree in a health-related discipline, science, or kinesiology

2+ years of experience in Medical Device Sales or clinical setting

Additional Information

Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations

Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered

Must have a valid driver’s license

For positions based in Quebec, proficiency in English may be required when the duties of the position involve frequent oral and written communication with teams located outside Quebec, particularly in Ontario and the United States, in a context where work documents, technological tools, and meetings are primarily conducted in English. This requirement is therefore directly related to the nature of the tasks to be performed and the responsibilities of the position.

What you will do

As Sales Representative, for Stryker’s Sage portfolio, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the selling of products to hospitals and clinicians to obtain maximum profitability. You will set strategy and tactical plans for your territory, and work to become a trusted partner to doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff. Additionally, you will serve as a valuable and contributing member of the Stryker Medical team as we work together to support Stryker’s Mission and Values.

Educates and informs nurses, nursing leadership, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Sage products

Directs product evaluations.

Solves product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion

Managing and maintaining a sample of inventory of products

Maintain and protect the current base of business ensuring the current business is intact, guarding major accounts and building and maintaining a strong working relationship in the territory

Grow sales to surpass the previous year’s growth. Sales growth should include all product lines. Additionally, develop Corporate Account and GPO sales activity

Administrative duties include : Weekly sales calls and feedback reports to the Regional Manager; provide various monthly, quarterly and annual reports as requested

Organize and plan utilizing Salesforce

Develop extensive product, competitor and market knowledge

Travel

FastTrack and other training, Yearly Global Sales Meeting, Regional Sales Meeting (2 times per year), Territory – 2 to 6 overnights per month depending on the territory, In-Servicing – routinely requires night and weekends as planned by the Outside Sale Representative with their customer

What you need
