A global financial platform company is looking for a remote tax preparation expert to assist TurboTax customers. Candidates must have an EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney credential along with strong tax preparation experience. Responsibilities include providing tax advice and ensuring a quality customer interaction via video communication. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency with commercial tax software, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Must have active unrestricted credential (EA/CPA/Attorney) with tax preparation experience.
- 3+ years of experience preparing federal and state individual tax returns.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and software.
Responsabilités
- Interact with TurboTax customers using video to provide tax advice.
- Help customers with tax return preparation and inquiries.
- Document customer interactions and provide quality experiences.
