You will be supported with continuous opportunities to develop valuable technical skills through on-the-job experiences and other training resources offered within the company. If you are friendly, customer service-oriented, enjoy solving problems, and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, we would love to speak with you about this rewarding career opportunity.

Remuneration package includes:

  • Competitive wage and performance bonuses.
  • Banked time off eligibility to earn extra days off.
  • Bonuses for completing factory technical training courses.
  • Per diem when traveling.
  • Tool and boot allowance.
  • Company service vehicle.
  • Fleet fuel/maintenance card.
  • Tablet computer.

Comprehensive benefits package includes:

  • Paid time off for vacation and sick days.
  • Extended medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Life and disability insurance.
  • Employee assistance program.
  • Educational assistance program for relevant courses.
  • Company matching pension plan.
  • Flex/wellness plan (gym memberships, fitness courses, equipment).

Key responsibilities:

  • Equipment installations, start-ups, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of compressed air equipment.
  • Create a friendly and inviting working environment.
  • Effective communication with customers and coworkers, both verbal and written.
  • Maintain rapport with customers by addressing complaints, identifying solutions, and suggesting improvements.
  • Recommending parts and services, and assisting with follow-up to ensure customer approval.
  • Work with internal teams to obtain parts and materials.
  • Adhere to safety standards and procedures in changing environments.
  • Travel daily within BC Lower Mainland and occasionally to surrounding areas.
  • Participate in rotation-based on-call service, including after-hours call-outs.
  • Understand electrical wiring schematics and diagrams.
  • Document service activities accurately via work orders and checklists.
  • Promote company products and solutions to increase customer awareness and value.

Qualifications:

  • High integrity and ethical standards.
  • Motivated to stay updated with industry innovations.
  • Use of diagnostic tools and understanding of manuals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with mobile devices.
  • Own set of standard tools; company supplies specialty tools.
  • Ability to work in diverse conditions, including noisy, hot/cold environments, and at heights.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform manual tasks.
  • Adherence to safety and PPE standards, including grooming requirements for certain sites.
