The Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC) is inviting applications for the full-time, hybrid position of Candidate Accommodations and Resources Coordinator.

Position Purpose:
To coordinate the review and adjudication of exam accommodation requests, ensuring compliance with legal obligations and human rights commitments while maintaining assessment integrity. This includes implementing accommodations for multiple-choice and performance examinations and developing candidate resources.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and participate in reviewing candidate requests for exam accommodations, collaborating with relevant teams and external experts, and supporting the implementation of approved accommodations.
- Develop and update resources to support positive exam experiences, including documents and webinars.
- Participate in policy and procedure review and development for CBT examination administrations.
- Supervise the Candidate Accommodations Specialist and/or shared Examination Assistant resources.
Working Conditions:
- Ability to work effectively for 7 or more hours daily at a desk, with flexibility for longer days as needed.
- Remote work with attendance in the office 2-3 days per week.
- Occasional travel to exam centers and attendance at meetings or workshops, including weekends or evenings.
- Visual concentration required when working with computers.
- Overtime as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent to a Canadian bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience in coordinating exam accommodations or high-stakes examination administration is an asset.
- Experience in developing educational and training resources.
- Training, coaching, mentoring, and supervisory experience.
- Professional integrity and accountability.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Teamwork experience, working effectively with diverse colleagues and clients.
- Ability to complete responsibilities professionally, accurately, and on time.
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and adapt to changing priorities and environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows; quick learner of new technologies.
Desired Qualifications:
- Education or training in educational or psychological measurement standards.
- Experience with both multiple-choice and performance-based exam administration.
