A leading insurance company in Toronto is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to drive HR strategies and initiatives. This role focuses on areas such as communication, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as talent management. As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a crucial role in driving HR strategies and initiatives across various areas including Communication, DEI, Learning & Development, Recognition, Engagement & Social, Talent Acquisition, CSR, Wellness, and Talent Management. You will work closely with the Director, HRBP, and other stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of HR programs and policies.
