Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in HR generalist role.
- Familiarity with employment laws including ESA, OHSA, and WSIA.
- Experience in labour relations is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Align HR strategies with organizational goals and track effectiveness.
- Facilitate performance cycles and support improvement plans.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and manage misconduct cases.
Skills
Strong understanding of employment laws
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education
University degree in social sciences or related field
Completion of HR designation (CPHR)
