BNFTS is a newly built integrative clinic opening in the heart of Yaletown, seeking a motivated and collaborative Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our founding team.

This is an opportunity to build your practice, not just rent a room. Practitioners joining BNFTS at this stage will be part of a founding team inside a clinic designed around clinical excellence, collaboration, and long-term practitioner success.

Our founding team has spent years building practitioner communities and referral relationships across Vancouver. That infrastructure translates directly into strong patient demand and internal referrals from day one.

BNFTS is a purpose-built clinical space designed by an award-winning firm, because the environment you work in directly impacts the quality of care you deliver.

The clinic features:

• Seven private treatment rooms designed for hands-on therapy and consultations
• A dedicated physiotherapy treatment area
• A private movement and rehabilitation studio
• An IV therapy lounge
• A collaborative team of physiotherapists, registered massage therapists, and naturopathic physicians

The clinic is located in Yaletown, one of Vancouver’s most accessible and health-conscious neighborhoods, with a strong professional patient demographic.

We are seeking a Registered Massage Therapist who takes pride in delivering exceptional care and wants to be part of a collaborative clinical environment.

Specifically, someone who:

• Is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CCHPBC
• Values collaboration within a multidisciplinary clinic
• Is motivated to build and grow their practice within a supportive team environment
• Takes a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to treatment
• Enjoys working with active individuals focused on performance, recovery, and long-term health

Competitive percentage split structure. Estimated annual earnings range approximately $60,000–$170,000+, depending on schedule, patient volume, and practitioner caseload.
