• Previous supervisor experience in retail or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial attitude with a background in a sales-driven environment
• Mindset focused on customer satisfaction (internal and external customers)
• Knowledge of skincare, body care, and fragrance is beneficial.
• Experience with clienteling advantageous
• Basic technology skills

Pay Range: The Pay Range for this role is $58,000 to $62,000 (based on skill set and experience).
