Who We Are:

Welcome to Central Restaurants, the neighborhood gathering place where great food, friends, and good times are life. Our food is prepared with quality ingredients and passion, serving up brunch, dinner, late-night and everything in between. Our wine and signature cocktails are crushable and damn good. We are now hiring line cooks and prep cooks at our Bentall location in Vancouver, BC. Our growing team has plenty of opportunity for anyone looking for training, development and a career in restaurants and hospitality.
