Do you have a passion for nursing? We have the position for you! We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse with a dedication to delivering compassionate patient care to join our team at Fort St. John Hospital and Health Centre.
In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, the Registered Nurse practices in accordance with the standards of professional practice and code of ethics as outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM), within a patient- and family-centered care model.
The Registered Nurse - Perinatal, working collaboratively with the inter-professional team, plans and provides direct patient care to obstetrical patients during the intra-, postpartum, and high-risk antepartum periods, as well as other assigned patients. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, providing, and evaluating nursing care. The RN demonstrates a specialized body of knowledge and bases practice on nursing science and related content from other sciences and humanities.
Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Days, Nights - 07:00 to 19:00, 19:00 to 07:00, Rotating
