Overview

Vista Virtual School (VVS) requires a Temporary Full Time Administrative Assistant II at the Calgary campus. The Administrative Assistant II will support School staff and the Administration team. The successful candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. This position will be focused primarily on processing inquiries through email inbox, campus front counter, in person and on the telephone as well as other duties as assigned.

This position is 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Duties are to commence as soon as possible.

Using a multi-modal approach with both print and online delivery, Vista Virtual School has a history of providing quality distance education to students of Alberta in Grades 1-12. Visit the school website for more information.
